Package Description:
Included in this package are four hours of coaching specifically focused understanding the current challenges you may face in dealing with difficult conversations. We will then discuss ways to build your confidence and learn new tools to use so that you feel more prepared for such conversations. The coaching sessions will assess your current mindset regarding difficult conversations to identify the fundamental blockers and limits that prevent you from excelling. The coaching will include developing a model and practical approaches to prepare and engage in difficult conversations. Also included will be opportunities to practice in a safe learning environment. In addition to the coaching sessions, you will also receive: (1) a copy of my eBook - "Speak with Confidence", (2) a copy of an exercise workbook that presents activities to focus and improve your difficult conversation readiness, and (3) a one page check list "reminder" sheet to use when preparing for difficult conversations.

My coaching is friendly, positive, and growth oriented. I create a safe learning space and I give direct feedback in a supportive way that encourages reflection and continued improvement. I focus on practical situations and techniques and use role playing and dry-runs to help build confidence.
