About Pablo Antonio
Hi! I’m Pablo—a finance professional, traveler, and coach who has built a career across six countries and three continents. Now, I want to help you do the same: Get hired, promoted, and thrive in finance—or secure a spot in a top Master’s in Management program. I grew up in Caracas, Venezuela, a place full of potential but also challenges. As my country faced tough times, I knew I had to look beyond borders. Thanks to a scholarship and the support of many, I made it to Madrid for a Master’s in Management—a step that completely changed my career trajectory. From there, my journey took me through Mexico, Panama, South Korea, and now Switzerland and Liechtenstein (yes, I switch countries daily!). Each move meant new opportunities, but also uncertainty, failures, and learning how to navigate new job markets and cultures. It wasn’t easy. I’ve faced rejections, struggled with applications, and battled imposter syndrome. But through hard work and the guidance of others, I learned how to stand out, get hired, and build a career in FP&A—not just for myself, but for the 60+ professionals I’ve coached into jobs, promotions, and career breakthroughs. Beyond FP&A, I’ve helped friends and clients secure spots in top Master’s programs, including MiMs, MBAs, and specialized business degrees in Europe and the U.S. While my main focus is FP&A career growth, I know firsthand how to craft a strong graduate application, land scholarships, and successfully transition into international careers. My coaching isn’t about generic advice—it’s about real experience, personalized strategies, and actionable guidance tailored to your journey. Outside of work? I’m an explorer. I’ve visited 40+ countries, love a good gym session, and occasionally attempt running (not my strength, but I try!). Writing is my creative escape, and coaching is my way to give back. If you’re looking to break into FP&A, advance in finance, or land a Master’s in Management, let’s make it happen—together. 🚀
Why do I coach?
Growth Shouldn’t Be a Solo Journey Growth is never easy—it’s demanding, competitive, and requires relentless effort. But the journey doesn’t have to be walked alone. I coach because I know firsthand what it feels like to be lost, uncertain, and stuck—whether it’s trying to break into finance, secure a promotion, or gain admission to a top Master’s in Management program. I’ve been there—struggling, facing rejections, and questioning whether I’d make it. I’ve had to navigate job markets in foreign countries with no roadmap, build my career in a highly competitive industry, and carve out my place in a well-established multinational company. Coming from Venezuela, moving across continents, and building a career in FP&A in Switzerland and Liechtenstein wasn’t a straight path. But through hard work, persistence, and the guidance of others, I found my way—and I’m proud of what I’ve achieved. Along the way, I experienced firsthand the power of guidance, strategy, and the right advice at the right time. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others—no one should have to figure it all out alone. My goal is simple: 1. Help you achieve your path to growth 2. Make the process as efficient and enjoyable as possible Whether you’re breaking into FP&A, earning that well-deserved promotion, making a career move, or getting into a top Master’s in Management program, I want to make the process clear, strategic, and personalized to your unique journey. Regardless of where you start, I truly believe that with effort and the right guidance, you can achieve your goals too—and I’ll be there to support you every step of the way.
