I want to help you transition from an engineering role into a business function like product management, growth, or strategy. With this package, I’ll coach you through developing a strategy and building your tool-set to land your role. I know the process is overwhelming, so together we will tackle the most crucial elements and get you set up for success. Develop Your Plan: Our first session will be a 1-hr session wherein we discuss your goals, perform an audit of your skills, and discuss options for achieving your goals. Resume Review: For up to three review cycles, I will help you refine your resume and ensure you are shining as a candidate. We will do a deep dive into your resume through live reviews and async comments. Networking Strategy: I will advise you on networks that you may want to join, events you may want to attend, and a list of three roles that you may want to apply. I will also advise you on how to leverage those opportunities to maximize your short-term and long-term success. LinkedIn Review: I’ll provide a comprehensive review and edit of your LI profile, and provide you with suggestions for improvement. We’ll also discuss how to optimize your profile for recruiting. This includes up to three rounds of feedback.
