From a small town with no academic or business background in sight — no family or friends in the corporate world — to top European universities and a fast-track career at Bain & Company, the journey has been anything but conventional. Rising to Manager in under four years was a milestone that many aspire to. But behind the polished resume was a growing realization: success on paper doesn’t always mean fulfillment or "success" in life. While I was checking all the boxes of “success,” something inside me felt "there has to be more out there". I had always been drawn to personal growth, human potential, and supporting others. So I took an unusual step: I took a leave at Bain to join iPEC, a top coaching school, and later became ICF-certified with 100+ coaching hours (75+ paid), rigorous training, and deep practical work. Alongside that, I immersed myself in mindfulness — now training as a meditation teacher — because I believe the inner work is what sustains outer change. Coaching and mindfulness, to me, are two sides of the same coin: both build self-awareness, resilience, and intentional action. Leaving Bain wasn’t easy. It meant walking away from prestige and certainty — and stepping into the unknown. I know what it feels like to be in transition, to doubt your path & yourself, question your choices, experience setbacks and wonder if there is really "more out there". But I also know what it takes to build the confidence and clarity to move forward with purpose — and stay resilient when the doubts creep in and challenges arise. I’m not sharing this to impress you — there are many with similar or higher credentials. I share it because if any part of this resonates with you, if you feel like you’ve followed the success script but something feels off — I’ve been there.
