About Nathan

I broke into investment banking from a non-traditional background. Along the way, I learned firsthand how challenging the recruiting process can be—especially without insider knowledge or a traditional finance network. I was fortunate to develop a network that helped guide me through the competitive IB recruiting process. That support was invaluable as I secured a role as an analyst. I view this as an opportunity to leverage my experience to help others navigate the process and maximize their chances of landing an offer.

Why do I coach?

I wouldn’t have made it into investment banking without the support and guidance of others. That’s why I’m committed to helping others break into the industry, especially those who might not have a built-in network or a clear roadmap. For me, coaching is a way to give back, demystify the process, and help others succeed in an industry that can feel impossible to crack. Getting an offer is only the first step—succeeding once you’re in is just as important. When I started, there was a lot I didn’t know about the role and industry. There are small, impactful skills you can learn to stand out. I want to help others not only secure their offer but also start ahead, impress their firm, and position themselves for long-term success.
