In college, I was a computer engineering major that was always a little interested in consulting. I used resources I had available to me to recruit heavily for very different consulting internships, and I work in 4 different consulting roles at Accenture, EY-Parthenon, The Keystone Group, and AWS. In addition to successfully recruiting other offers (including BCG), I managed to use my experiences in different consulting verticals to shape my career trajectory to be specific to strategy consulting for PE companies looking to acquire TMT targets. Not only did I successfully recruit myself, but through my involvement around campus, I helped prepare other people for the recruitment process helping others get full-time strategy offers at Bain, BCG, and Accenture. I've reviewed over 40 resumes and conducted at least 60 practice cases to help others land full-time and internship consulting offers at top firms.

About Naman

Hi! My name is Naman Sarda and I recently graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Computer Engineering and a minor in pre-law. Even though I studied engineering, I always knew I wanted to do something with business which is why I got into consulting. I spent a lot of time and effort while I was in college to understand different career offerings in consulting positions throughout 4 internships at very different firms and projects. I've recruited for consulting successfully several times and helped deliver over 50 cases for other people to help them as well. Most recently, I applied to Deferred MBA programs and got interviews at 7 out of the 8 programs I applied to, as well as offers from 4, including the Yale Silver Scholars Program, MIT Sloan, and Northwestern.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I understand how hard it is to go through recruiting and application processes in the dark. I was lucky enough to have resources for consulting recruiting, and I want to make sure anyone who wants to get into the field has access to the same things I did. I went through the Deferred MBA admissions process largely by myself not even knowing others that were applying or who had done it in the past, and through research and personal experience, paved a way to tell my story. I now want to help other people tell theirs and save hours of time researching and stressing about the unknowns surrounding the process.
