Live product case interviews are becoming increasingly common in PM onsites as they effectively evaluate a candidate’s skills through live performance. It can feel daunting to solve a live product case on the fly, but with practice, you’ll certainly improve! With this package, you’ll receive mock interview feedback on 3 types of product cases—product design, product strategy, and metrics. This package will not only help you improve your ability to excel in these interviews, but you’ll also gain valuable insights, including: • What PM hiring managers are looking for in these questions. • The rubrics companies use to evaluate your answers at your level. • How to showcase leadership and team collaboration skills during a live case. • Which areas you may lack strong examples in and how to continue developing these areas in your current or next role. Through structured practice and actionable feedback, you’ll build the confidence and skills needed to stand out in live product case interviews.

Coaching delivered via live sessions.
We will practice 3+1 product cases covering product design, product strategy, and metrics. The +1 case will be selected during the final session, tailored to the area you most want to strengthen. Each session will include a 40-minute mock interview followed by 20 minutes of detailed feedback and coaching to help you improve. As a hiring manager who has designed IC PM hiring processes and rubrics for both a public company and startups, I’ll provide insights into the hiring manager’s perspective behind the scenes. Together, we’ll identify areas for growth and development to help you advance your PM career with confidence.
I cannot provide coaching or answers for take-home case assignments to maintain integrity. All cases used in sessions are adapted and original, ensuring they do not replicate exact questions from real hiring processes. With the right skills and practice, you’ll be fully prepared to succeed!
