Tell me about a time…” behavioral questions are a critical tool for evaluating a PM candidate’s skills through real-life examples. With this package, you’ll participate in mock interviews and receive detailed feedback on a portfolio of behavioral questions focused on the following five core PM skills: • Customer Value & Need-finding • Business Impact & Metrics • Product Strategy • Team Collaboration & Execution • Leadership This package will not only help you improve your ability to excel in these interviews, but you’ll also gain valuable insights, including: • What PM hiring managers are looking for when they ask these questions. • The rubrics companies use to evaluate your answers at your experience level. • How to effectively demonstrate leadership and impact through compelling storytelling. • Which areas you may lack strong examples in and actionable guidance on how to develop them in your current or next role. Through tailored practice and constructive feedback, you’ll strengthen your storytelling skills, refine your examples, and approach behavioral interviews with confidence and clarity.

In this 5-session package, we will conduct 1+4 mock interviews to simulate the complete PM hiring process—1 phone interview and 4 onsite interviews. I will role-play as various interviewers, including a designer, data scientist, engineering manager, PM peer, and VP, to give you a comprehensive experience. Each 1-hour session will be divided into two parts: 30 minutes for the mock interview and 30 minutes for detailed feedback and coaching. As a hiring manager who has designed IC PM hiring processes and rubrics for both public companies and startups, I bring insider knowledge of what hiring managers are looking for. Together, we’ll uncover the perspectives behind the scenes, identify areas for growth, and help you build the skills and confidence to advance your PM career.
