Leadership coaching is most effective when it's tailored to the individual - structuring the coaching program based on the leader's development needs and finding the best coach match. This package is for new clients only and is a low-risk way to determine if coaching with me is a good fit for you. It includes: * Goal Setting Session (30 minutes) - we will discuss where you are today and what outcomes you want to achieve through coaching * Coaching Session (1 hour) - we choose a specific goal/behavior to focus on so you can experience what a coaching session with me is like * Personalized Coaching Plan - I provide you with my recommendation for next steps so you can achieve the outcomes you’re aiming for

I'm an International Coaching Federation Certified Coach with hundreds of hours of coaching experience and training. I've coached all levels of leaders from new managers to senior executives. I bring an optimistic, problem-solving approach to my coaching - knowing that every challenge has a number of possible solutions. (I think this is my prior engineering background coming out!) My clients have shared that this approach provides them with a sense of calm, and helps to expand their thinking on possible ideas and ways forward. My coaching takes into account the whole person, knowing our professional and personal lives and goals are very intertwined, and I love helping my clients find practical and realistic ways to achieve their goals.
