We will start with a get-to-know-you session, diving into past experience, levels of competence, and goals for the future. Separately, I will review your current job responsibilities, your resume/LinkedIn, and conduct a comparison of current matches in the tech market. You will do an exercise on hierarchy in your current organization or the hierarchy in where you want to go (Miro Diagram). We will then have a working session to look at the hierarchy, potential jobs in the market, and your current resume. Our conversation will focus on a lateral move, if desired. Afterward, you will map out, based on all of the above, where you want to grow and the opportunities you want to pursue specifically. I will source potential matches that are growth opportunities in the tech market. In our last session, we will discuss strategies in your current organization or the interview process to level up for those specific growth goals you have and ensure endurance in your next chapter!
