About Matt

Pleased to meet you! I can't wait to help you along your GRE journey. I am the sole author of the Achievable GRE course. I have +1000 hours of independently tutoring and +100 hours of GRE prep with Kaplan. My lessons cover all the essential GRE principles, but I also enjoy sharing countless little tricks and mnemonics along the way. I studied for the GRE completely alone and without internet in the Moroccan Atlas, so I have dozens of original study tips to share! I have worked with a wide range of people with different deadlines and goals, and I am sure we can make a study plan specific to your needs. I have helped countless students get into their top grad schools, and I look forward to doing the same for you!

Why do I coach?

I coach people for two reasons. Firstly, I want to help them achieve their career goals, and the first step is often getting into a great grad school. Secondly, I genuinely enjoy the subject matter of the GRE. It may sound a bit nerdy, but I have always loved math, and I still get a dopamine hit whenever I find a new vocabulary word!
