The Interview Prep package focuses specifically on being well-prepared for interviews including: initial phone screen, hiring manager meetings, panel interviews, final round interviews with senior level leader. Includes best practices and tips on being prepared for internal OR external meetings, plus how to stand out among the competition and mock interview (practice interview). Addressing critical “why” questions, opening response to “tell me about yourself/walk me through your background” and “what are your compensation requirements? are featured. Clients will receive a custom set of interview questions based on a targeted position.
