This 1:1 coaching program includes one-hour live sessions via Zoom, asynchronous work for session preparation and task completion, and unlimited message support in between sessions. Here are the session topics that we will cover: ➤ Job Search Goal Setting In this session, we will focus on your current strengths, skills, and experiences, then determine what specific role and company best suits your job search goal. ➤ Resume Optimization We will first review your current resume, then discuss how to create compelling messages and rephrase role descriptions to help you land more interviews. ➤ LinkedIn Profile Optimization We will review your current LinkedIn profile, and I will guide you on creating a recruiter-optimized profile that can attract targeted job opportunities 24/7. ➤ Job Search + Networking Strategy I will help you learn how to leverage LinkedIn (and other sites) to explore hidden job opportunities and reach to the right contact that can get you to your dream job. ➤ Interview Preparation I will first help you learn how to analyze a job description to prepare for specific interview questions that a potential employer may ask. Then, we will conduct an initial 30-minute mock interview to help you position yourself for the target role. ➤ Mock Interview Practice We will continue the mock interview practice since this is the most critical step to landing a job offer. I will provide you with constructive feedback from a recruiter’s perspective and help you market yourself as the best candidate for your dream job. ➤ (Optional) Marketing Portfolio Optimization It is important to showcase your work, so we will ensure your Marketing Portfolio includes relevant projects, strategies, and performance that match your target role. ➤ (Optional) Cover Letter Optimization We will review your current cover letter, then discuss how to adjust the context and highlight your achievements to impress potential employers. Note: We can adjust the focus of particular sessions to accommodate your needs. For example, you might prefer to use your Job Search + Networking Strategy session as another session devoted to interview prep.

Expected response time during the coaching program: 1 - 3 days Total coaching hour (mixed live and asynchronous work) for the 6-week program is around 12 hours. The 8-week program is around 17 hours. Depending on the session topic, the total hour might be less or more.
