Why do I coach?
I grew up in a traditional Asian working class family that emphasises success and achievements, and that comes with a lot of expectations and stress. Along my career journey, I have gone through frustrations, break down and even mental issues, and I understand how overwhelming it could look. I have benefitted from countless coaches and mentors, which shape me into who I am today. I am passionate to give back, and I am also mentor at Tech Stars, Google for Startups etc. I believe everyone is guided by their purposes, obvious or disguised, and I am keen to help people find their WHY.
