Coaching delivered via live sessions.
I am my clients' partner and don't show up telling people what to do. I let my clients show up and be themselves, and I support them in discovering who they are at their core. We work together to identify areas of growth and improvement, and we set goals together. I am very goal-oriented, and together we will set agreements on the goals to work on to ensure assertive results and avoid surprises. My style is bold, daring, and I don’t like limits; however, I work with people to find their style and the best solutions for themselves.
Clients must show up to each session without distractions, fully present, and ready to speak and share aspects of their lives. Full cooperation and engagement are needed to create transformation. No-shows are automatically deducted from the total number of sessions. Our sessions are fully confidential.
