For the last 5 years, I have been supporting leaders and recent college graduates on how to succeed in an interview, speak and think confidently, and prepare in advance with strategies, people skills, and assertive communication to understand if the role is going to be a good fit for both parties. Many of my clients have been able to get a job or change jobs while working for an organization. Most of my clients work for Fortune 100/500 companies. We will go over some of the personal blocks, strategies related to the role that may come up as part of the interview, how to sell your strengths, achievements, and be confident when speaking about yourself without sounding arrogant, but as a confident and qualified leader, and how to explain weak areas that may be a concern for the role, among other needed support related to the candidate.
