I began my career in audit and spent over 20 years advancing through the ranks at Deloitte — from Senior Consultant to Managing Director — advising global companies on complex accounting, regulatory, and operational challenges. I’ve supported clients through IPOs, $20B spin-offs, cross-border M&A, and global IFRS/US GAAP transitions. Today, I lead a boutique consulting firm focused on helping companies navigate finance transformation, including accounting system implementations and reporting modernization. Beyond technical accounting, I’ve led the deployment of global accounting systems, partnering with cross-functional teams to align business needs with compliance requirements. I understand the challenges of scaling accounting infrastructure — from managing close cycles and reporting to integrating tools and controls across geographies. Throughout my career, I’ve also been deeply involved in talent management — mentoring professionals, leading recruiting initiatives, and helping high-potential individuals position themselves for growth. I coach accountants who are stepping into leadership roles, tackling new technical challenges, or navigating transitions into industry, transformation roles, or broader finance leadership. My coaching combines practical insight with strategic perspective — grounded in real-world execution and a deep understanding of what it takes to thrive in an evolving accounting landscape.
