About Kristen

I grew up on a farm and started college as an English major, knowing nothing about what it'd be like to work in tech or consulting. I became curious about the world of business, and after 5 internships, an international fellowship, and a startup accelerator program, I've fallen in love with helping businesses and people tell compelling stories, optimize processes, and create elevated visions. I've had internships as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, a Business Development Lead at Anglepoint, a Product Manager and Data Analyst at BrainStorm, and a special projects intern at Leland, where I helped us launch our partnership with LInkedIn. After my internship at Leland, I chose to join the Leland team in a full-time coach operations role. My passion for helping people have a healthy relationship with technology led me to co-found Ignite, a digital wellness movement that I operate on the side to help people refine their digital habits to be more present and more intentional. I plan to build a career in tech and consulting, and I hope that every role I have will help people live healthier, more fulfilling lives. As a coach, I specialize in helping people tell their personal stories, master the art of case frameworks and case math, improve communication clarity, and stay accountable to goals. I take a human, holistic approach to coaching, and above all, I want to help you find work you love.
