Package Description:

For high-achievers ready to make a decisive career pivot—and commit to the process that will get them there. You’re at a crossroads. Whether you’re stepping into a new industry, moving up to a more senior role, or navigating a complete career reinvention, you know one thing for sure: you don’t want to do it alone. These packages are built for people like you—people who want an intensive, fully customized program with the tools, structure, and accountability to move from uncertainty to clarity, and from clarity to offers in hand. Why These Packages Work The truth is, meaningful career changes take time. That’s why my minimum coaching commitment is 3 months—anything shorter doesn’t allow enough space for a tailored process, deep feedback, and real results. While I can’t guarantee a specific outcome, clients who work with me typically report: Increased meaningful networking and informational interviews within 4–8 weeks Consistent interviews for targeted roles within 8–12 weeks Clearer positioning and stronger confidence in their unique value Higher-quality opportunities aligned with their skills, values, and goals What’s Included in Every Package Whether you choose the 3-month or 6-month option, you’ll receive: Weekly meetings for the first month, then bi-weekly meetings (with additional calls as needed) Full remote support between sessions: email, text, WhatsApp, or Loom (video/voice memos under 5 minutes) Document review (resume, cover letters, email templates) LinkedIn profile evaluation and optimization strategy Personal brand assessment to position you for your ideal role STAR story development for interviews and networking Pitch crafting to clearly communicate your value to employers and connections Offer negotiation prep so you maximize salary, benefits, and scope If you land a job before the end of our engagement: we’ll shift to onboarding support, early-win planning, and personal goal setting to help you thrive in your new role. Who This Is For This is not for people looking for a quick fix. This is for you if: • You’re ready to make the time and effort investment to create lasting change • You want direct, actionable feedback from a partner who will hold you accountable • You’re prepared to make decisions, take action, and follow through Spots are limited. I work with a small number of clients at a time to ensure deep, focused attention. If you’re ready to start your pivot, let’s talk. The Value of Your Investment When you work with me, you’re not just buying coaching hours—you’re securing the strategy, positioning, and support that shortens your job search and helps you land the right role, not just any role. Here’s what’s built into your package: Service & Support | Estimated Value 1:1 Live Coaching Sessions (8–24 hours depending on package) $2,872 – $8,616 Included Asynchronous Support (email, text, WhatsApp, Loom) $1,200 – $2,400 Included Resume, Cover Letter, & LinkedIn Optimization $750 – $1,500 Included Personal Brand Positioning & Messaging Framework $1,200 Included STAR Story Development & Pitch Refinement $1,000 Included Offer Negotiation Strategy & Role Transition Support $1,200 Included Total Standalone Value $8,222 – $15,916 Your Investment: $4,800 – $12,400 The ROI in Real Terms A strong pivot pays for itself—often multiple times over: • Faster offers: Even shaving 4–8 weeks off your search can mean thousands in additional salary earned sooner. • Higher salaries: Clients who negotiate strategically often increase their total comp by $10K–$50K+ over the first year. • Better fit: A role aligned with your skills, values, and long-term goals reduces burnout and opens the door for faster promotions. Your next role should be more than a paycheck—it should be a step toward the career and life you actually want. These packages are your framework to make it happen.

This package includes all communications (text, email, voice and video memos), access to my personal library of guides on key topics, and 1:1 coaching. Typical format for this package would be to meet 1:1 for the first 4 weeks, then move to bi-weekly - adjusting as needed. I anticipate meeting in person a total of 8-14 times during a 3 month engagement and 14-20 times for a 6 month engagement. Pricing is static, regardless of number of meetings in 3 or 6 months. This process is to help you meet your goals and achieve your next level of personal and professional growth. It takes time. Outcomes are not guaranteed. Typically, clients that I work with consistently who finish outside assignments/research find that they increase their networking skills and receive more warm introductions and referrals for roles, within the first 2-10 weeks depending on specificity of role and the current economy. I will provide a framework for us and proposed agenda. If at any time you want to change the agenda (even same day) you are free to do so. I am also learning how to best serve you as a coach - so I welcome feedback on how I can make this process more effective and enjoyable for you! I require a 24 hour notification for cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. Since I only work with a limited number of clients, this allows me to keep my schedule open/flexible for clients with time sensitive issues. 1 "grace" is permitted per client for cancellations or rescheduling in less than 24 hours. After the "grace" additional fees may be assessed at the coach's discretion. Repeated rescheduling or cancellation may result in the termination of the agreement by the coach without refund for subsequent fees. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. Client is liable for full 3 or 6 months of fees, even if role is secured prior to end of the engagement. Additional contract time may be used to onboard/transition into the new role to support long term growth, adjustment, and success. I typically respond to clients within 24-72 hours. I do not respond to inquiries on Sundays unless other arrangements have been made previously.

Ex-Disney Recruiter | Interview + Career Coach | Resume Wizard | OPT Savvy

WHY should you hire me as your coach? BLUF (Bottom Line, Up Front). Quick bulleted list and story form both provided below, based on how you learn/read best. The Short List: -Former Recruiter for the Walt Disney Studios and Lucasfilm. I know what it takes to get into rooms and to walk out as the "candidate to beat" in a lineup of interviewees. -10+ Years experience coaching professionally (full-time) for students and experienced professionals, including top business schools like the USC Marshall School of Business (UG, MS, MBA). - Helped clients land roles in: corporate finance, CPG, entertainment (business side, marketing, finance, etc), internal consulting/strategy, supply chain/ops, pharma/medical, tech, automotive, IB and management consulting (undergrad only), brand management and product management, to name a few. - Consistently called out by clients as being the best when it comes to mock interviews (behavioral) and resume notes/edits. - Expert copy writer. - Lived and worked in Los Angeles for 22 years. I survived the Great Recession (2008), multiple SAG and WGA entertainment strikes and almost strikes, changing industries and job functions multiple times, and have landed roles with some of the most competitive companies in the world (Disney, DreamWorks, USC). Story Version: One of the best reviews on my page is from a former MBA student (and Military Vet). He said, "Kira is an incredible career coach and an even better human." This is what matters. Yes - that I am a knowledgeable and experienced coach. But more than that - I care about my clients and their overall well being. Job searching, grad school, transitioning from the Military and career switching are all incredibly stressful - a lot of times, more stressful than I think people anticipate. I love seeing people walk through these challenges and come out the other side, literally transformed. Often achieving more than they themselves thought possible! I have helped first gen, international students, recently separated military vets, and other non-traditional students (or clients) break into new industries and build a career path that they are excited about. When I graduated from undergrad, I graduated off cycle in December, because I kept changing my major and had to take extra classes. I landed my first job as a Production Assistant at DreamWorks Animation by February. In April, at graduation, all my friends were freaking out. Those I'd worked with in production on campus asked how I got my job and if I could teach them how to land jobs like the one I had. In addition to working with friends individually, I referred 5 people to the studio where I worked. Within 12 months, 4 of them were hired and the person who wasn't was an artistic prodigy and now works at Netflix. This has always been something I've loved doing. It just took me a while to realize it was an actual job :). My main goal in any conversation is to help YOU get clear about your next step - and to identify what you need to do in order to reach your short and long term career (and life!) goals. I'm typically a good fit and have a lot of experience working with people who: - Are MBAs recruiting for internships or full-time for all role types (Corporate Finance, Marketing/Brand, non-tech PM, PMM, Leadership Programs, Supply Chain/Ops, Business Intelligence, Sales, Startups) outside of IB and Management Consulting. I have experience working with clients and students in IB and Consulting - but there are a lot of folks on the platform who have more hands on experience here. I will say - I do a mean behavioral interview - and have had folks with a bent towards IB and Consulting remark that they have benefitted from my approach to the behavioral portion of the interview process, while working with other coaches on the technical/case portion. - Are making a significant career pivot (to a different job function, industry, or both - or out of Military service). - Are neurodiverse (ADHD, etc) and need help with productivity hacks and finding work streams that work for them. - Are students at any level (undergrad to graduate) and searching for an internship or full-time job - Are early/mid career professionals looking for a new career direction and need some help shaping and managing their career search/exploration process. - Are international students struggling with networking best practices in the US and understanding the basics of H1B and STEM OPT. I have worked with programs where 70-90% of the students were from outside the US. That said, I am not an immigration professional and cannot provide legal advice. - Are interested in careers in the entertainment space (film, TV, streaming, etc.) OR who are wanting to transition out of entertainment into a more "traditional" corporate role. Networking can be tricky for everyone! My top asynchronous recommendation? A play-by-play handbook "The 20 Minute Networking Meeting".
