I am adaptable coach who uses strong emotional intelligence to meet clients where they are, whether they need a cheerleader to bolster their self-confidence, a tough partner to challenge their assumptions, or a calm and patient voice to help them hold themself accountable. Clients often cite my ability to help them simplify complex problems into smaller, digestible parts that help illuminate solutions. I apply similar skills when I am working with clients who need to navigate overwhelming situations like a career change or a difficult interpersonal environment in the workplace. In these situations, I work with clients to craft powerful personal narratives or to prepare talking points for high-stakes conversations.
