Director of Education: Consulting Academy and Mentorship Program

I lead the curriculum for the Consulting Mentorship Program at the University of Virginia, designed to support 120 students pursuing careers in consulting. As the Director of Education, I oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum that covers every stage of the recruiting process—from understanding the consulting industry and its firms to mastering high-level case interview techniques. I was selected to lead the education component of the program based on my success mentoring other students at the University and my extensive experience interviewing with top consulting firms. I have successfully passed the case interviews for firms such as Bain, BCG, McKinsey, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Altman Solon, Simon-Kucher, and Capital One Strategy, though I declined some offers or final round interviews due to exploding offers. This is the program's inaugural year, and I am excited to shape its foundation for future success.

Strategy Summer Scholar

Selected as 1 of 2 students from the University of Virginia for the Strategy Summer Consultant Internship at Deloitte. During this internship, I collaborated with a national bank to develop a co-branded credit card launch strategy, facilitating discussions and driving key decisions on product design. In addition to my client work, I served as a mentor in Deloitte's Leadership, Allyship, and Mentorship program, speaking on a panel for over 200 students. I also supported Deloitte's campus recruiting efforts, helping students prepare for interviews and speaking at recruiting events. Of the two full-time hires from UVA, I directly mentored and coached both through case preparation and interview readiness.
