Duration: 6 months with regular 60-min coaching sessions Key Activities / Outcomes: (1) Unlock personalized Profile XT assessment - take a Profile XT assessment which will provide detailed insights into your cognitive abilities, thinking/reasoning style, behavioral traits and alignment with job preferences. This provides a solid base to begin our executive coaching session. (2) Develop executive leadership dashboard - identify and align on key priority areas to enhance your leadership skills. (3) Review and enhance executive professional brand - hone in on key executive leadership areas (e.g., influence without authority, executive presence, running a high-performing team)
