Duration: 1 - 6 months (based on Tier) with regular 60-min coaching sessions Key Activities / Outcomes: (1) Unlock personalized Profile XT assessment - take a Profile XT assessment which will provide detailed insights into your cognitive abilities, thinking/reasoning style, behavioral traits and alignment with job preferences. This provides a solid base to begin our coaching session. (2) Establish PMM strategy - leverage assessment to identify key priority areas to align on your PMM career goals. Identify target job role & responsibilities and ideal company profile (3) Review and enhance professional brand & marketability - Enhance LinkedIn profile (e.g., headline, summary, description of each role, skills), review resume, develop networking plan, identify additional skills or industry knowledge to improve marketability) (4) Prepare for interview - Assist with interview prep (e.g., behavioral questions, case prep, role playing) and review and help with contract negotiation (e.g., salary, benefits)
