This 3-session coaching package is designed to help you enhance your influence within your organization, both with and without formal authority. By exploring the dynamics of influence and developing key skills, you’ll gain actionable strategies to connect, persuade, and inspire others, ultimately driving success and achieving your leadership goals. Session 1: Assessing Your Influence and Identifying Growth Opportunities In the first session, we will assess your current level of influence and identify specific areas for growth. We’ll explore any limiting beliefs around influence and help redefine what successful influence looks like in your organizational context. You’ll learn about different influencing styles and begin to explore which style resonates with you. As part of the session, we’ll set up homework focused on practicing and applying these styles in real scenarios to increase your influence. Session 2: Building Trust and Leveraging Relationships to Expand Influence Session two focuses on the core techniques for growing your influence, such as building trust, creating win-win situations, and using strategic empathy. You’ll learn how to develop and leverage key relationships within your organization to extend your reach. We’ll also introduce Stakeholder Analysis, a tool for understanding your key organizational players and their potential impact on your goals. Your homework will involve conducting this analysis to map out important stakeholders and begin developing a tailored influencing approach. Session 3: Influencing Without Authority and Creating Your Action Plan In the final session, we’ll explore strategies for influencing others without formal authority, a critical skill for leaders at all levels. We’ll review your Stakeholder Analysis and create an actionable plan for how to engage and influence key individuals. This session will help you craft a personalized Influencing Action Plan, detailing the specific steps you’ll take to drive change, motivate others, and expand your influence throughout your organization.
