Experienced consultant and people manager with a passion for asking empowering questions, disrupting constraining norms around staying quiet, and helping people navigate transitions. I work as a Career Development and Executive Functioning coach with young people, helping them cultivate adaptive skills for transitions and executive functioning capacities using research-backed strategies. My curriculum addresses both the behavioral changes (e.g., building new habits) and the mindset shifts needed to advance learners’ outcomes and orientations towards transitions, work, and learning.
