Kassidy’s Product Management Qualifications

Experience level: Product Manager

I'm a Stanford MBA student who received admission to Stanford and Wharton. I'm so excited to help you identify why product is the right fit for you by crafting your story and bringing your experiences to life. Prior to the GSB, I was a technical product manager at Capital One where I led frontend and backend product strategy for the Capital One credit card application for all customers applying for a credit card. As a product coach, I can help you prepare for product and technical interviews. Coming from a non-technical background, I can help you identify the ways to pivot into technical or non-technical product roles. More specifically, I can provide the following services: - How to get an interview in product - Referral strategy - Overall application review - What to expect in technical, product, and behavioral interview / mock interviews - How to determine best fit for your goals and skillset

About Kassidy

I grew up in Las Vegas, but have lived in Japan, Washington DC, Dallas, Orange County, Utah, and now the Bay Area. I studied Finance at Brigham Young University and became a Product Manager after undergrad at Capital One where I led the Capital One credit card application with 100M+ visits annually. I then decided to enhance my management skills by getting my MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. While there, I interned at Amazon as a Technical Senior Product Manager in Seattle, where I worked on the training and development of large language models for internal external use. I also interned at Condor Airlines in Frankfurt, Germany as an operations manager working on enhancing ground operation's metrics and performance. Since graduating from Stanford, I launched my search fund, Balboa Growth Partners, where I am looking to acquire, operate, and grow one great software business. I am passionate about entrepreneurship, technology, fintech, and helping women gain access to better educations and improving their financial literacy. In my spare time, I love playing pickleball and volleyball, watching sports, and traveling.

Why do I coach?

I am a first generation college grad, so I didn't have much guidance navigating how to apply for MBA programs. Additionally, when I graduated from undergrad, there were not many undergrads going into product, so I had to forge my own path. As a coach, I hope to help those like me with limited guidance and resources to achieve their dream jobs and dream programs!
