Scope of Services: This package includes a comprehensive review of your current resume, a professionally rewritten resume tailored to your career goals, one round of revisions, and additional resources as outlined in the package description. Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to provide all necessary information, including their current resume, job history, career goals, and any specific roles or industries they are targeting, within the agreed timeline. Timeline: The initial draft of the resume will be delivered within 5-7 business days from the receipt of all required information. Revisions will be completed within 3-5 business days of receiving client feedback. Revisions: This package includes one round of revisions to ensure the final resume aligns with your feedback. Additional revisions or major overhauls outside the scope of this package may incur extra fees. Confidentiality: All information shared by the client will be treated with strict confidentiality and will only be used for the purpose of creating the resume. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. This ensures timely delivery and high-quality service. Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of this service, refunds are not available once work has begun. If the client is dissatisfied with the final product, I will work with them to address reasonable concerns within the agreed terms. Ownership: The final resume and any supporting documents delivered are the property of the client for their personal use. Templates, drafts, and proprietary content used in the process remain the intellectual property of the service provider.
