To ensure a successful and productive coaching experience, the following terms apply: Commitment to Participation: This coaching relationship requires active participation and commitment from both the coach and the client. Success is built on collaboration, openness, and a willingness to engage fully in the process. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Any no-shows will be fully charged for the missed session. Session Delivery and Timing: Sessions will be conducted virtually and must be scheduled within the agreed program timeframe. Confidentiality: All discussions, materials, and insights shared during coaching sessions will remain strictly confidential, fostering a safe and open environment for growth. Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full before the program begins Session Expiry: All sessions must be used within the specified timeframe of the coaching package unless otherwise agreed. Unused sessions will not be carried over or refunded. Mutual Accountability: As your coach, I am fully invested in your growth and success. In return, I ask that you come to each session prepared, open, and ready to engage. The outcomes of this journey depend on your active involvement and dedication to applying what we uncover together. These terms are designed to foster a productive, respectful partnership that ensures the greatest impact for your journey.
