This package includes 12 hours of live 1:1 coaching, delivered virtually and customized to your unique goals and challenges. We’ll begin with a Deep Dive session to clarify where you are, where you want to go, and what’s getting in the way. You’ll also complete the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment, which gives insight into how you’re currently showing up across situations—and what shifts could unlock more confidence, clarity, and impact. We’ll debrief that together early in our work. My coaching style is warm, direct, and deeply intuitive. I’m not here to sugarcoat things—but I am here to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and stretched in all the right ways. Clients often say they leave sessions feeling energized, deeply seen, and more empowered to take meaningful action. Between sessions, you’ll get practical tools, reflection prompts, and optional check-ins to keep your momentum strong. This isn’t just about more leadership theory—it’s about building real-world confidence, presence, and influence you can use right now.
