About Joseph

Hi, I’m Joseph (Joey) Astolfi. I grew up in Atlanta after my parents immigrated to the U.S. from Argentina. I earned my B.B.A. in Finance, Management Information Systems, and International Business from the University of Georgia (UGA). At UGA, I served as Head of the Investment Banking Training Program (the Corsair Society), where I mentored 32 students who secured job opportunities across New York, Chicago, Boston, Charlotte, and Atlanta. After graduating, I joined Moelis & Company as an Investment Banking Analyst, where I spent two years focusing on M&A and restructuring across Industrials, Business/Healthcare Services, and Energy. Following my time at Moelis, I joined American Securities as an Associate on the Investment Team and was promoted to Senior Associate after my second year. I am currently an MBA Candidate at Harvard Business School. Outside of school and work I enjoy the outdoors, sports, and travel!
