About Jordan
I began my career as an Investment Banker at Jefferies in their TMT group before pivoting to Private Equity at Palladium Equity Partners. Currently, I am CFO at Impact AI, Founder of Project Wall Street, Partner at Traction (LA-based Film/TV Production company, and finalist for NFEC's National Financial Education Instructor of the Year. I founded Project Wall Street in 2024 and gained global recognition as a finance educator and content creator via my Leveraged Byclout social media brand. I have since traveled across the nation for speaking engagements. Furthermore, I have gained extensive experience in the venture capital space over the past couple of years, in addition to vast consulting experience for PE-backed portfolio companies where I have been helping to ramp CFOs and their teams post-acquisition. I also spent some time advising university finance professors, helping them tailor their courses to be more digestible. I sit on the Board of Directors for an NYC 501(c)(3) nonprofit that brings essential nutrition and fitness education directly into underfunded classrooms. I graduated from UNC Kenan Flagler with distinction.
Why do I coach?
I grew up with a single mother who ran a business from our living room—we had the essentials, but nothing more. I pushed away mentors, convinced I had life figured out as an All-American soccer player, four-time class president, and straight-A student. But in reality, I knew nothing about life—I owned one tie (from a funeral), one suit (same funeral), and chose pre-business because my friends did. I bombed investment banking recruiting until junior year when I met two Jefferies bankers, Chris and Tyler, who became my first real mentors. They saw past my rough edges, took the time to guide me, and made me feel like I belonged. Over time, my MDs and SVPs became mentors too—teaching me everything from financial modeling to relationship-building. In short, that is why I teach.
