About Jennifer

With more than 25 years as a business leader across industries, from Wall Street to Silicon Valley, from innovative startups to renowned global brands like Google, Salmon Smith Barney and PwC—I bring a depth of experience and a real-world lens to coaching. Much of my career has centered around developing key partnerships, through which I’ve learned to navigate complexity, juggle competing demands, build trust, and align teams. Turns out I use these same skills outside the office as a mother of four, a mid-pack runner, a curious traveler, and an active community volunteer. Through both professional and personal experiences, I’ve learned how to recognize and nurture potential in others and how to uncover the sweet spot where everyone thrives (hint: it's often hiding in plain sight!). Along with my Co-Active Coach Training, I’ve been shaped by my education at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where I earned my MBA. In my spare time, I dabble in mixed media art, enjoy my husband’s elaborate grilling, and take in the joyful chaos of family life.
