I am a native English speaker with lucid pronunciation from the Midwest region of the U.S. I am a certified English as a Second language and IELTS/TOEFL Exam Preparation Coach. I have been working for English First (EF) since 2020 helping students from around the world to improve their English speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills. I specialize in preparing ESL students who wish to study abroad for the IELTS/TOEFL examinations and empowering highly skilled business professionals to speak English naturally and confidently. I have over 20 years of teaching experience, with extensive experience in empowering students to achieve their goals by focusing on their strengths. I have attended multiple professional development workshops focused on ESL language instruction and English proficiency exam coaching. My pedagogy ensures that students of varying abilities can develop fluency and confidence in a supportive, engaging environment. I help my students reach their proficiency goals with compassion, patience, innovative learning strategies, and encouragement. When I am not coaching ESL or English proficiency exam preparations, you can find me spending time with my family and dog doing almost any activity outdoors!
