Jamie has helped clients get into these companies:
I started my career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company and grew up through the Firm to Sr. EM (while also taking advantages of sponsorship for Secondment and my Kellogg MBA). In addition to my experience at the firm, I've lead recruiting and case coaching initiatives - both formally at McKinsey, and while at Kellogg - helping to case coach peers to offers at McKinsey, Bain and BCG. I specialize in helping candidates develop and tell their unique story - and leveraging that story to craft a compelling resume, optimize their LinkedIn presence, drive their networking strategy, shine in interviews and ultimately succeed on their first client project (yes - if you do get an offer, I'm here to help you navigate your first days, months or years as a consultant).

About Jamie
Originally from Cleveland, OH - I'm a former Division 1 athlete who has built (and is still building!) a career rooted in relationship building and coaching. I started my career at McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst, got my MBA from Kellogg (where I met my now wife!) and rejoined McKinsey as an EM for a few years before recently joining ServiceNow to lead Growth Strategy for our largest deals and strategic partnerships. When I'm not working or coaching, I love to exercise, travel and root on sports teams that often let me down (see: Pittsburgh Steelers, Georgetown Basketball, Notre Dame football)
Why do I coach?
I coach because to me, there is nothing more rewarding that helping connect talent to opportunities - building relationships with talented, hard-working individuals who have a goal in mind and want to chart out a path to achieve it. Everyone brings distinctive capabilities to the table, and the impact that can be created by helping to match those capabilities, passions and interests with the right companies and teams is second to none.
