Growth equity intern -> analyst @ General Atlantic | Recruiting Advice

I work for a ~$100B AUM growth equity fund on its consumer tech team where I previously interned. I spend my time 1/3 sourcing new investments, 1/3 doing thematic deep dives on interesting categories, and 1/3 helping with deal execution. Would love to help folks looking to pursue a similar path via resume review, networking advice, technical interview prep, and more generally explaining my thoughts on how the industry works + where it is heading.
