Why do I coach?

From a young age, I was always fascinated with business and solving puzzles. When I heard of the impact and industry exposure that management consulting allowed, I was immediately intrigued. When I heard that the process to enter an elite consulting firm was proving your problem solving abilities and communication skills through a complex set of assessments, I knew this challenge was for me. After getting an offer to work for McKinsey, my #1 dream job, right out of undergrad, I knew that I wanted to help other people achieve their dreams like I had. After receiving my offer, I realized that I could also relive the excitement and challenge of solving case interviews and acing personal experience interviews by helping other people do it as well.
