Why do I coach?
I coach because I love helping people express themselves more effectively as speakers and writers. It brings me joy to see their confidence grow, and the excitement on their faces when they realize that, with the right tools and training, they can be amazing communicators. I used to be shy and self-conscious, finding it hard to speak up and connect in larger groups, so I know how paralyzing nerves can be. That's why it's particularly rewarding for me to help someone overcome the fear of giving a presentation, saying the wrong thing, or worrying about what others think during important meetings or interviews. With confidence comes freedom!
