OVERVIEW Welcome to the Full Consulting Program! I am here to help you succeed in the recruiting process and tackle the interviews with confidence. In this program, you will learn how to effectively structure any case study and answer personal fit questions. In addition, I will conduct a case study diagnostic to provide further feedback on your approach, analyses, and recommendation. Lastly, you will work through a variety of real-life case studies covering the most frequent case study question types. SESSIONS 1-2 – CASE STUDY STRUCTURING COACHING The first two coaching sessions are designed to help you effectively structure any case study you may encounter. You will get to know all types of case study questions and how to effectively approach and present them. By the end of the coaching sessions, you will have the skills and confidence to tackle any case study with ease. SESSION 3 – CASE STUDY DIAGNOSTIC In this coaching session, I will work with you to run a case study diagnostic to assess your level of readiness for the upcoming recruiting process. You will work through a case study containing all possible components and I will provide detailed feedback on your approach, analyses, and recommendation. Based on your development needs, we will also identify ideal next steps to help you succeed in the recruiting process. By the end of the session, you will have a clear understanding of your strengths and areas for improvement, as well as a plan for how to move forward. SESSION 4 – PERSONAL FIT QUESTIONS COACHING In this coaching session, I will present the most frequently used general and behavioral personal fit questions you may encounter during the recruiting process. I will teach you how to best respond to these questions, including what to consider when crafting your responses and how to showcase your strengths and fit with the firm. I will also provide good and bad examples of responses to give you a better understanding of what works and what doesn't. By the end of the session, you will have a clear understanding of how to effectively answer personal fit questions and feel confident in your ability to do so. SESSIONS 5-9 – CASE STUDY MOCK INTERVIEWS In this series of coaching sessions, I will provide you with a variety of real-life case studies, covering the most frequent case study question types. You will work through the case studies and I will provide detailed feedback on your approach, analyses, and recommendation. This will allow you to assess and refine your level of readiness for the upcoming recruiting process. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions and receive guidance on how to succeed in the recruiting process. By the end of the series, you will be well-prepared and confident in your ability to tackle any case study that comes your way, ensuring that you are ready to succeed in the upcoming recruiting process.
