Hi everyone — I was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company for over 3 years. Unlike a lot of folks, I didn’t come in with a business background. I only took one business class in undergrad and had zero business internships. You can fact-check that on my LinkedIn. I didn’t intern at McKinsey either — I actually applied after a public policy role I had didn’t turn out the way I hoped. Here’s how I can help: I landed the McKinsey offer as a non-traditional applicant from a non-feeder school. If someone like me can break through with the right prep, so can you. As a coach, my first goal is simple: to get you to genuinely believe that you can earn an offer from a top-tier firm like McKinsey, Bain, or BCG. From there, we build a game plan together. I’ve spent years learning the recruiting process inside and out — I still stay connected with current and former recruiters — and I use that insight to coach applicants into offers. I’ve helped friends and former colleagues land roles at McKinsey and other top firms. I lead with clarity, purpose, and compassion. I also work with folks who are already in the firm — helping them chart a clear path, decode feedback, and build a career that’s both strategic and sustainable. I don’t sugarcoat things. I’ll give you the honest truth about what’s going on, what’s working, and what needs to change. At the end of the day, I’m just a chill dude who’s been through the highs and lows of this journey.
