Secondary Guidelines: Hours can be spent on one of two categories: live sessions and asynchronous coaching. It is up to the Client how the hours are split, but all work hours are eventually logged by the Coach. All live sessions must be scheduled 12 hours in advance. Last-minute scheduling or rescheduling may be allowed should there be an unforeseen time conflict. The Coach or Client should inform the other of a need to reschedule immediately. Messages will be replied to in a timely manner by the Coach; expect a maximum 8 hour response time (accounting for time differences and sleep schedule), though general response time should be ~1-2 hours. For time-sensitive edits, expect a 12-24 hour turnaround time. For all other edits, expect a 24-48 hour turnaround time. Editing can be done during live sessions and will of course occur instantaneously. Time-sensitive edits entail those required to meet a submission deadline (e.g. recommended 2 week turnaround) but can be a flexible definition depending on the Client. Brainstorming/first-round edits may take a variable amount of time depending on the need. The Coach will utilize pre-existing and requested information to guide the Client in their writing but cannot write on behalf of the student. Second-round edits usually take 15-30 minutes for an “average length” secondary and take longer for ones with more questions. The Coach utilizes Microsoft Word Outline (free, even when utilizing a G-Mail account login) for live edits and comments. Google Docs may not work in other countries where the Coach will be, so Microsoft must be the platform for edits. The Coach does not engage in or encourage any form of prohibited behavior such as ghostwriting or plagiarism, or any action that could be construed as such.

My experiences as a Teaching Assistant in various courses, STEM Teaching Fellow, and ACT Tutor have equipped me with the skills to guide students through the inevitably difficult journey of college, medical school admissions, and beyond. I have a thorough understanding of the admissions process from years of intensely studying the intricacies of each step and networking. Whether you're looking to strengthen your application or need guidance on navigating the college or medical school admissions landscape, I'm here to help you succeed.
