Coaching is deeply meaningful to me because throughout my journey, from my early days in tech startups to leading growth teams and founding The Journey, I’ve been fortunate to have mentors who guided me through pivotal moments. These relationships shaped not just my career but also my personal growth. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful the right advice at the right time can be, whether it’s navigating the fast-paced world of high-growth startups or helping others find impactful roles.
