Enzo’s Real Estate Qualifications
Experience level: Intern
Welcome to my profile! I am a J.D. candidate at Columbia Law School, and real estate is one of my largest passions. I got my first real estate license when I was 19, and have since passed the real estate exam in multiple states. Through internship experience, I have been involved with many different parts of the real estate industry. As an aide to the Mayor of a sizable New England city, I became well versed the local regulatory frameworks regarding real estate development, and I also have some experience working with landlords to identify new potential properties or streamline their rental operations with technology. I am also very well versed on real estate economics and recent market news, and it's one of my favorite subjects to talk about. Though I have not been involved with real estate sales directly, I also have significant experience working with startups and developing sales and outreach strategies in that context. Don't hesitate to reach out!

About Enzo
Hi there! I’m a law student at Columbia, and my journey here has been anything but traditional. I grew up in Providence, RI, and studied government and sociology at Hamilton College. There, I developed a deep love for social theory—not just as an academic subject, but as a practical toolkit for telling your story and navigating networks with purpose. While at Hamilton, I also helped revive a 50-year-old partnership between the college and Columbia Law School, and was fortunate to be nominated through that program and admitted to law school after just three years of undergrad. Along the way, I found myself drawn to the worlds of technology and entrepreneurship, and participated in multiple startup programs at MIT. I’ve always been someone who’s curious, ambitious, and eager to build things—whether that’s a new venture or a unique path forward. When I’m not deep in legal casebooks or jotting down new startup ideas, you’ll probably find me reading market news or playing a strategic game of online Risk (where, fun fact, I’m ranked among the top 500 players in the world!). I bring that same energy, strategy, and passion to everything I do—and I love working with people who are ready to push boundaries, tell their story with confidence, and chase big goals.
Why do I coach?
Put simply, I coach because I just love working with clients. I had some incredibly supportive mentors throughout my high school and undergraduate experience, and I know just how powerful the right guidance can be at a pivotal moment. I’ve taken unconventional paths, made big bets, and navigated a lot of uncertainty early on. Having someone to help you think strategically, tell your story authentically, and believe in your potential can make all the difference. Coaching is where my love of ideas meets my love of people. I genuinely enjoy helping others unlock opportunities, whether that’s through refining an application, developing a bold new venture, or just figuring out what comes next. Nothing fires me up more than seeing someone realize they’re capable of more than they thought!
