Hi there! I'm Ellie. As a former Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, I bring firsthand experience in recruiting for, interviewing with, and working at one of the world’s top consulting firms. With a background in Biology (BS, MS), I’m particularly passionate about helping STEM students and individuals from non-business fields translate their unique experiences into the qualities consulting firms seek. My goal is to guide you through a successful transition into the consulting world. Outside of work, I enjoy baking, reading, and running—and I’ve recently started exploring quilting! I’m excited to connect with you and help you achieve your goals.

Why do I coach?

I’ve personally experienced the transformative power of great coaching—trusted mentorship and guidance have profoundly shaped my academic and professional journeys. Throughout my career, extending mentorship to others has been a cornerstone of my work experience. From serving as an assistant instructor during my undergraduate and graduate programs to counseling clients as a management consultant, I’ve always found immense value in helping others learn and succeed. Coaching allows me to give back and share that same sense of growth and achievement with others, and it’s a privilege I truly enjoy.
