Mentor

I served as a Career Mentor to underrepresented minority college students as they navigate banking internships at leading Wall Street firms. As part of the Alternative Investments and Investment Banking Track, we guided their coursework completion and helped navigate professional situations as they move through their summer internships. I am focused on creating mutually beneficial partnerships, from ideation to implementation, in order to unlock long-term capital and increase access to new homeowners in high-cost American cities.

Vice President

Creating new and robust processes on the Strategic Risk team, including developing a framework for identification, monitoring, measuring, and managing the key strategic risks of the firm. Execution of this framework is completed in partnership with others in Independent Risk, the Group Strategy team, and the businesses. Strategic Risk priorities are aligned with the transformation efforts being undertaken across the firm.

Program Fellow

Colorwave is a non-profit focused on closing the racial wealth gap by connecting rising Professionals of Color to leadership opportunities at VC-backed startups. Over eight weeks, Colorwave Fellows commit 4-6 hours of weekly work and participate in intimate speaking events with leading VCs, entrepreneurs, tech executives, HR leaders, career coaches, and other industry leaders.

Corporate Vice President

Finance Transformation Office develops financial strategic support around Citi-wide investment from tracking and reporting to execution analytics, benefits realization, ensuring platform availability, and data quality & governance. Collaborated with businesses to create outlooks, annual budgeting, and monthly estimate initiatives.
