Resume Review (all tiers) - I will review a draft of your resume, spend time with you working through recommended changes live, and then review an additional draft to help you articulate the best version of you on paper. LinkedIn Review (Gold tier only) - I will review your LinkedIn profile and spend time with you working through recommended changes live. Your profile will stand out! Networking Strategy (all tiers) - We will work together to identify target companies and roles, build a plan to find the right people who will help you land an interview, and . Interview Prep (all tiers) - I will guide you through common interview formats, help you craft stories and responses to common questions, and perform one or more mock interviews. I'll throw you the curve balls so you know how to knock it out of the park when you're in the real interview.

My name is Derek and I'm excited to meet you! I specialize in coaching FP&A professionals, but I'll work to support you in whatever your goals are! Rather than simply sharing what worked for me, I'd love to be a guide as you explore what will work for YOU! Whether your focus is kicking your career journey off, growing into leadership roles, or just looking for a new professional challenge, I would love to help you navigate your career and educational journey! I have been fortunate to learn in world-class environments, both academically and professionally. I earned a BS in Finance from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Business and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, I have developed finance expertise learning from mentors at two of the top companies for developing CFOs: Honeywell and PepsiCo. I'm now expanding on my leadership capabilities as a Director at Rad Power Bikes. More importantly, I have experience as a teacher, mentor, and friend.
