Welcome to my profile! With over 20 years of experience in higher education, I have a deep understanding of various positions held in university and college settings. My core competencies include mentoring, conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion, public speaking, team leadership, and strategic planning. I leverage these skills to provide personalized and comprehensive guidance and support to my clients. In addition, I have helped numerous students successfully navigate the process of applying to graduate programs. As the Director of Graduate Admissions at Stanford University, I reviewed and made admission recommendations for thousands of applications across various departments. Additionally, I worked in the School of Education, spearheading the development of their admissions office and managing the annual admission cycle for all graduate programs. More recently, I have served as a senior strategic planning associate at the University of Texas Austin, providing career and graduate admissions counseling to college students. My expertise lies in guiding students through the application process, from selecting the right programs to crafting compelling personal statements.
