Coaching delivered via live sessions. 🔵As an ICF certified coach, I view coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership. 🔵With over two decades of experience in leadership development and executive coaching,I believe in creating an environment where meaningful growth can happen through a combination of powerful questions, deep listening, and a touch of humor and play. 🔵I guide clients to dig deeper into their leadership challenges with thought-provoking questions that encourage new perspectives, while actively listening to uncover insights that might otherwise be overlooked. 🔵I also incorporate mindfulness and creativity exercises to help clients tap into their intuition and break free from rigid thinking, allowing for fresh ideas to emerge. 🔵One of my favorite techniques is reverse feedback, where clients take on the role of their team members to gain new insights into their leadership style. I also enjoy exploring leadership challenges through metaphors, helping clients reframe their situations in creative and empowering ways. 🔵Additionally, I set up goal challenges that are both motivating and fun, helping clients stay engaged while working towards their objectives. This mix of reflection, creativity, and play creates a coaching experience that is both transformative and enjoyable.
