I’m David, a seasoned product leader and former top-tier management consultant who’s helped tech professionals land roles like Director of Product, Staff Engineer, and Technical Product Manager at high-growth startups and Fortune 500 companies. I've been a hiring manager at McKinsey and Company and served on the firm's performance review board for early career technologists. During my time at McKinsey, I conducted hundreds of case studies and personal experience interviews for aspiring consultants and technologists. I know the challenges individuals face when applying, and how to break through the pack. I offer resume screenings, interview prep, and leadership coaching with a direct, supportive style shaped by my years coaching ice hockey and teaching high school and university (in my pre-McK days).
