Hello! I'm David, a 9-year veteran in the Google People Operations function and an MBA graduate of The Kellogg School of Management. I started my career in Compensation, where I learned the nuts and bolts of how recruiters and hiring managers think about negotiations, equity packages, sign-on bonuses, and the like. I've also spent multiple years as a strategic HR partner for Google leaders and advised them on every imaginable HR topic. I also spent time as a recruiter and worked directly with candidates and hiring managers -- helping people land their dream jobs was a blast!
