Drawing on 20+ years of experience in leadership development—including designing programs used by global brands across industries—I offer clients proven strategies rooted in science and real-world results. This coaching isn't business consulting; it's about personal transformation. We'll work together on energy management, purpose-driven leadership, and building sustainable habits that align your personal and professional life to drive long-term success and impact. This program gives you access to insights that were once exclusive to top-performing companies and grounded in research from leading psychologists, behavioral scientists, and team development experts. Whether you're stepping into a new role, leading through high pressure, or aiming to elevate your team’s performance, I’ll help you cultivate the mindset, presence, and skills to lead with authenticity and resilience. You’ll also gain tools to build and maintain high-performing teams using methods developed by one of the foremost experts in team dynamics. Together, we’ll strengthen both your individual leadership and the collective strength of your team. This standard package includes: • One (1) hour of coaching delivered two (2) times per month, for a total of six (6) sessions over the 3-month period. • Sessions will be scheduled approximately every two (2) weeks, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.

Ideally, 1 hr every other week over 3 months is a good cadence. This allows for letting the suggested actions and results be known so we can evaluate/adjust in the next session (and gives time for me as the coach to get any feedback up front to spend time gathering any additional resources for the meeting).
CONFIDENTIALITY BOTH parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the coaching sessions unless otherwise agreed to explicitly by the other party in writing specifying what can be shared and with whom it can be shared. SCHEDULING As a courtesy, please schedule, cancel, or reschedule at least 24 hrs in advance whenever possible. The coach is also subject to this courtesy (and genuinely apologizes if scheduled sessions must be moved). TERMINATION Coaching is about a fit between two parties. Either party may terminate this Agreement prior to the next scheduled session.

Unlocking Performance
Having participated in the design, development, and deployment of several leading performance programs at the Human Performance Institute, I have a wealth of experience in the multidimensional aspects of managing energy to perform effectively. My experience includes programs at multiple levels including Executive Leadership programs offered only to C-suite level participants at leading organizations worldwide. The programs were studied by third parties and shown to have efficacy several years after participating. Engagements for executive coaching were 1:1 coaching and other programs would be delivered as 1:1 coaching or team coaching offerings.
